Michael W. Caspino has served as first-chair trial attorney in hundreds of cases across the United States. His trials typically involve high stakes litigation in areas that include, wrongful death, securities, real estate, employment, banking, catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury, products liability, defamation, trade secrets, fraud, construction, etc.

The representation of non-profit and religious entities is a particulier area of emphasis for Mike.  He has previously served as the General Counsel for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange. Mike has represented Catholic Church organizations throughout the world in a wide array of cases. 

Prior to Price Caspino, Mike was a partner with Buchalter. He served as the Litigation Department Chair for Buchalter’s Orange County office.

Mike received his law degree from Southwestern University and his undergraduate degree from the University of Redlands. He is licensed to practice in Arizona, California, Colorado, and Nevada.
